Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your HydraBoost™ purchase. If you’re not happy with your filter or accessories, you can return them within the specified time frame for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Replacement cartridges that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund:
Products must be in new, unused condition.
Original packaging, manuals, and any promotional materials must be included.
Filters must not show signs of installation or water exposure.
Return Process
Email info@shophydraboost.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to pack your items. Please ship returns within 7 days of receiving your label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or a product is found to be defective:
Inspect all items upon delivery and retain original packaging.
Email photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to info@shophydraboost.com within 7 days of receipt.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including covering any return shipping costs for the damaged or defective item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Once your return is accepted, please allow 10–15 days for your funds to be returned to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been completed.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or additional cartridges, please indicate your preference when you contact us. Exchanges are processed in the same time frame as refunds, and any price differences will be handled at checkout.
Sale Items
Items marked as “clearance” or “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Delays & Processing Times
High-volume sale periods and public holidays may increase our processing time for returns and refunds.
