Subcription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the HydraBoost™ Subscription Service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to keep everything clear, fair, and hassle-free, so we can continue delivering the best value and service to you.

1. Subscription Overview

When you join, you’ll receive:

Lifetime warranty on the stainless steel filter housing (see Section 5)

No lock-in contracts – pause, skip, or cancel anytime

2. Billing & Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months. Payments are charged at the start of each renewal cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method has sufficient funds on billing day.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us at info@shophydraboost.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your billing date. If a cancellation is made after your order has already processed, your subscription will remain active for that cycle and no refund will be issued for that order. After subscribing, you’ll receive an email with a “Manage Subscription” link – use this anytime to pause, skip, or cancel. It’s your responsibility to enter the correct email at checkout. If you do not receive your portal link, contact us immediately. HydraBoost™ is not responsible for missed cancellations due to incorrect emails or portal access issues.

4. Free Stainless Steel Filter Housing Kit

The stainless steel filter housing kit is provided free with your first subscription order. To be eligible to keep the free housing, a minimum of two x 3-month subscription cycles must be completed. The kit is limited to one per subscription and covered under warranty only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

5. Lifetime Warranty

The stainless steel filter housing comes with a lifetime warranty, valid only while your subscription is active. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear. HydraBoost™ may request photos or a return of the item before approving a warranty claim.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All subscription orders include free standard shipping within Australia. Orders are dispatched every 3 months starting from your initial subscription date. Please note: external delays such as courier or weather issues are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your initial kit (housing + first cartridge). This guarantee does not apply to recurring cartridge refills. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

8. Updates to Terms

HydraBoost™ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will always be published on our website.
