What’s Covered
Your HydraBoost™ filter and accessories are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect arises under normal use, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper installation or maintenance

Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

Exposure to water pressures or temperatures outside of specifications

Consumable parts (e.g., filter cartridges after their rated lifespan)

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email info@shophydraboost.com with your order number, purchase date, and a photo or description of the defect. Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, issue a prepaid shipping label for return.

Repair or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate. Most claims are resolved with a replacement sent within 5 business days of approval.

Warranty Transfer
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under warranty. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
