Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2 PM AEST will begin processing the same day. Orders after that cut-off start processing on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders; delivery in 3–10 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders; delivery in 7–15 business days after dispatch. Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx to ensure reliable, trackable delivery. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier details and tracking number once your order ships.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email containing a link to real-time tracking.
Delays & Exceptions
Weather events, carrier strikes, remote-area deliveries and public holidays can extend delivery times. Sale periods may also increase processing times.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with neighbors or your local post office first. For missing or damaged items, email photos and your order number to info@shophydraboost.com for help locating your order.
